The Future of the Jewish World
by Rabbi Ron Stern

This is your warning: Don’t be one of those folks who looks back and says: “I heard the Z3 Conference was amazing, I wish I’d gone!”

Don’t miss it –we are bringing together some of the world’s most insightful and inspirational thought leaders to address one of the most important issues facing the Jewish community: the changing dynamic between Israel and American Jewry.  Z3—or third generation Zionism—recognizes that the future of the Jewish world lies both in Israel and the US. Each of our communities have many areas of overlap as well as places where we don’t find common ground. And yet, our future, and our collective strength depends upon our mutual dependence and ability to bring our wisdom and support to each other. It’s a complex challenge and one unique to our generation.

A Message from Rabbi Yoshi Zweiback

I am writing to you at the dawn of this new decade with a message of inspiration and community. There are two events coming this month that are important to us as Jewish Americans, as lovers of Israel, and as a community united against hate. One is an opportunity to stand in solidarity with friends in an interfaith setting, demonstrating our concern for one another and condemning antisemitism and all forms of bigotry. The other is an in-depth, loving, interactive day of learning about Israel with some of the greatest scholars in the Jewish world. I hope you can attend both of these events.

The Italian Rite has its own music, not Sephardic or Ashkenazi, but unique in its own way. 40,000 Jews still live in Italy and thrive, honoring their history and the collective history of the Jewish People.
