Hamantaschen Recipe for Purim
Hamantaschen (or hamentaschen) are named for the hat worn by Haman, the bad guy of the Purim story, and they are a perfect Purim snack for you and your family to enjoy and bake together at home!
Melissa Wilkenfeld, a Wise School alum and Aaron Milken Center teacher, has shared a recipe her mother learned right here on campus! At the link below, you will find the minimal ingredients for the recipe to make the little triangular cookie that will literally melt in your mouth! Traditional fillings include apricot and poppy, but get creative and include some of your family’s favorites!
