Stephen Wise Temple Senior Rabbi Yoshi Zweiback will be in Israel for part of the summer, and would love to see you for some hummus, a glass of wine, a walk, a blessing, and even a b’nei mitzvah.
Rabbi Yoshi is no stranger to the Holy Land, having served as a Senior Rabbinic Fellow of the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem, and as the Director of Hebrew Union College’s Year-In-Israel program before his decade serving the Wise community. He has regularly made trips to Israel with congregants, and will return for an extended stay from July 7 through July 28.
Rabbi Yoshi has graciously offered to assist any member of the Wise community with b’nei mitzvah services while he is in Israel. If you plan to be there at the same time, and would like to arrange something with Rabbi Yoshi, please contact Samantha Remeny at [email protected] for details.
