On Thursday, April 7, temperatures at Stephen Wise Temple soaring to the mid-90s. Nevertheless, volunteers from the Wise Parents Association (WPA) donned full evening gowns to help promote the Wise Gala 2022.

Five Wise School parents—Celine Hakakha, Sally Triphon, Tiffany Gabbay, Limor Pouldar, and Rama Fakheri—put on their finest evening gowns and handed out cards with QR codes to purchase tickets to the May 7 event. They walked up and down the hill for more than an hour during carline, ensuring that every Wise School parent and caregiver knew about the event.

With Senior Rabbi Yoshi Zweiback and Head of School Tami Weiser being honored for their decade of service to the Wise community, they’ve been hard at work finding their attire for the evening. They’ll be hard pressed to match the quintet that strutted their stuff on the pavement in glamorous evening gowns. Some wore ultra-high heels, one walked up and down the hill on a broken ankle, and they all braved 94-degree heat to do it in style.
