Addressing Antisemitism on Campus

  • The Campus Civil Rights Project: If you feel that the conduct of a fellow student or faculty member has violated your civil rights without proper recourse, you may contact the Lawfare Project, who is working to safeguard civil liberties for Jews at college campuses across America.
  • Campus Antisemitism Legal Line (CALL): Should you experience any antisemitism or know about an antisemitic incident on campus, even if you don’t wish to pursue it further, answering 5-8 simple questions on the CALL website allows our partners at Hillel and the Anti-Defamation League to track antisemitic incidents across America.
  • Wise Leadership speaks out! Members of our Board of Trustees refuse to stand idly by. Signed by several attorneys who also serve on the Stephen Wise Temple Board, this letter has been sent to the dean of Loyola Law School at Loyola Marymount University, here in our backyard, in response to recent campus events. Read about this in the Jewish Journal also.
  • Understanding Antisemitism: A 3-part video series from Hillel, this website briefly captures modern antisemitism so that you can better understand it and/or share with friends who don’t get antisemitism and why it matters.
  • Upcoming Trends on College Campuses: Read about what is coming up on college campuses regarding anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist activities as we head into the Fall semester
